cruise lines, and food manufacturers alike.

Essential Functions:

• New hire process
• Assist in setting up Teams interviews
• Prepare, review, and save all new hire paperwork in the electronic employee file
• Set up and execute HR & IT Orientation for all new hires
• Enter new hire information into the HRIS system (ADP) and other systems as needed
• Verify I-9 documentation through E-Verify
• Research best practices for intern programs and coordinate the program with internal business partners
• Development and upkeep of electronic files
• Coordinate and set up company events, including training classes and meetings
• Participate in company initiative meetings & events
• Manage and distribute monthly birthday lists, anniversary cards, and awards
• Manage the company Intranet on a weekly basis
• Research, document, and maintain human resources SOPs & training manuals
• Manage HR calendar of events for the organization
• Manage HR budget by processing invoices and submitting monthly expenses
• Other duties assigned as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Zero to three years of human resource experience depending on education
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and a sense of urgency required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus

Salary Range: $56,000 - $70,000 annually
